Adelicate Miss – 12 Horse in Race 8 at Philly Park

The horse added blinks two starts back for ONeil barn and won for fun at 7500 level (NW2). When I say won for fun, I mean the jockey never even touched him and he left plenty in tank for next time. Horse comes back two weeks later on 12/12 in a NW3 for 10k clm. Horse was taking some heavy action at the window early but drifted up to go off at 10-1. I don’t know what the fucking jockey was doing but it was a terrible ride as the horse steadied repeatedly on the backstretch and nearing the turn and finished up the track. That was a throwout in my opinion. The horse was claimed by the crafty Curry barn and he is running back in starter allowance and cutting back in distance to 6 furlongs. A look at the horse’s form and one can surmise the cut back is a positive move as some of his best beyers were in sprints. At a juicy 20-1 morning line, this is a live long shot. I give the horse a 1 in 3 chance of winning. I havent capped the other horses in the race so am leary of going overboard on a wager. But a nice little win and place wager is worthwhile investment.
